Employee training is an essential factor in the success of employees. ·       Digital technology creates addiction towards it.

Providing proper training for employees will hinder the limitations digital comes with. “The best way to make a training program that fits the needs of your company is to ensure your new platform is well-documented and supported. Your training team needs to fully understand its capabilities” (LumApp, 2021).
